Paul has over 20 years experience in coaching people making strategic career decisions. He has worked as an executive recruiter and career coach with clients in the banking, technology and consultancy sectors including Google, Microsoft, Xerox, IBM, HSBC, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, KPMG, EY, BBC, Fujitsu and many more.

As a recruitment specialist he fuses his coaching experience to help prepare candidates for interviews and assessment centres, and is perfectly positioned to help our candidates find what will give them the edge in their careers.

Paul graduated with a law degree from University of London, and also has an MBA from Cass Business School and an MSc in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London. He is trained in a wide range of psychometric and assessment tools. Paul is a member of the Careers Development Institute and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
